Timber Ops — Lumber Fleet Management

A Progressive Web Application built in Laravel for managing timber and lumber transportation operations. The system tracks truck activity in real time, logs dispatch and load times, and generates detailed operational reports. Foremen have dedicated accounts with their own sub-user hierarchy for managing assigned drivers and trackers. Lumber mills and their loads are tracked end-to-end, giving management full visibility into trip durations, loads per mill, and workforce productivity. Designed for field use with a mobile-friendly interface that performs reliably in low-connectivity environments.
